We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If you need to return or cancel an order, please review the policy below.
If you cancel a supply-only order before dispatch, we will refund the amount paid less a restocking fee of up to 30%. Refunds are processed within 14 working days of your request.
Where goods have been delivered, you are responsible for returning them, in their original packaging, at your own cost. Once received and inspected, we will refund the amount paid less a restocking fee. Refunds are processed promptly after we receive and check the returned items.
If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us and we will assess the return. Where you are entitled to a refund for a defective product, we will refund in full, including reasonable delivery and return costs, within 14 days of confirming your entitlement.
We do not accept returns on bespoke, made-to-order or colour-matched products, or on items that have been used, fitted or altered.
We cannot accept the return of individual items from a larger order. Please return products in their original packaging; we reserve the right to charge where products are damaged due to inadequate packaging.
All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.
