About Natural Brushed Oiled Engineered Oak

Part of our Engineered Planks collection, it is genuine engineered oak — a real oak wear layer over a stable core, built to hold its shape over underfloor heating and through changing seasons. The oiled surface has a soft, natural, low-sheen feel and the practical advantage that knocks and scuffs can be spot-repaired in place rather than refinished as a whole.

Where this floor works

As a wide single board it reads calm and generous, with long, uninterrupted grain — the most flexible choice, flowing easily from room to room through a whole home. Supplied at 150 × RL mm, every board is supplied and fitted by our own Cambridge team, or supplied on its own for your fitter.

Caring for your floor

Day to day it asks for very little: sweep or vacuum the grit that actually wears a floor, wipe spills promptly, and clean with a barely-damp microfibre and a wood-floor cleaner rather than a soaking mop.
